Thordin Schwarzbart ist ein stattlicher Zwerg, der viel Wert auf ein gutes Aussehen legt. Dennoch kann
er -- auch unter Zwergen -- nicht gerade als gutaussehend bezeichnet werden. Sein Gesicht weist schon
ein paar Narben auf. Sein Bart ist zwar sorgfältig geflochten, jedoch etwas widerspenstig und dünn
gewachsen. Seine Augen mustern fast immer aufmerksam das, was um ihn herum passiert. Konversationen
geht er am liebsten direkt an, diplomatische Winkelzüge sind seine Sache nicht. Zudem reagiert er
schnell beleidigt oder aufbrausend, was aber nicht bedeutet, dass er nachtragend sei.
 
 
Motivation:
 
Thordin ist sich seines Standes und seiner Verantwortung bewusst. Fremden gegenüber zeigt er sich meist
höflich, korrekt, aber zurückhaltend. Er ist unterwegs, um sein Wissen zu vermehren und eines Tages als
würdiger Anführer seinem Volk zu dienen. Deswegen versucht er so viel wie möglich auch mit anderen
Rassen und Weltanschauungen zu interagieren. Er ist neugierig und offen, zeigt aber gleichzeitig die für
einen Zwergen typische Zurückhaltung, persönliche Ansichten und Angelegenheiten seines Clans mit anderen
zu teilen, auch wenn die lange Zeit, die er unter Menschen verbracht hat, ihn in diesem Punkt etwas
offener gemacht hat. Den großen Drang anderer Völker zu Individualität und Eigennutz steht er skeptisch
gegenüber. Seine eigenen persönlichen Interessen treten gegenüber denen seines Clans zurück. Humor ist
nicht eine seiner Stärken und seine Zurückhaltung und Schweigsamkeit wird oft mit Gleichgültigkeit
verwechselt, obwohl er durchaus soziale Kontakte hoch einschätzt und Freunden gegenüber hilfsbereit und
zuverlässig ist.
